The veterinarian should discuss and coordinate the date and time with you beforehand, versus scheduling a time without consulting with you first. For your convenience, if you are in a different time zone, the technology allows for you both to see the times in both time zones for the online counseling session.
You can schedule live counseling visits with your veterinarian once you click on an available time slot. The veterinarian can set the time slots in which they are available for a live session using the “Scheduling” tab of the dashboard. We do inform pet owners that if they don’t see a day/time that works, to send a message to see if there is a way to open up additional timeslots.
Either way, when a live session is scheduled, confirmation and reminder emails will be sent out. From there it is easy to cancel a veterinary counseling session that was scheduled if needed.
